About Us

AED for All logo
AED for All began in 2025 as a community service project by Valencia High School students Anesidora Santistevan and Lucy Elderd. In January 2026, we installed an AED at the Santa Clarita food pantry — and along the way, spread the word, talking with community members, reaching out to family and friends, and sharing why access to AEDs matters. That hands-on approach raised awareness and made our community safer, with more neighbors now ready to act in an emergency, turning bystanders into lifesavers.
We’re now expanding that original idea into a larger organization, with hopes of involving more students, installing more AEDs in local non-profits, inspiring businesses to install their own, and spreading the word about the importance of CPR and AED training.

OUR MISSION

We want to make Santa Clarita a community where no life is lost to sudden cardiac arrest simply because help wasn’t close enough or trained enough to arrive in time. We believe that CPR and AED knowledge shouldn’t be a specialty skill — it should be common knowledge, as familiar to our neighbors as a fire drill.

Every booth conversation, every dollar raised, every business we bring on board moves us toward the same goal: a Santa Clarita where bystanders are confident, equipment is accessible, and survival doesn’t come down to chance.

We Pursue Our Mission in Three Ways:

We Teach

We meet people where they already are: setting up our booth at local events, schools, and fairs to teach hands-on CPR basics and AED use to anyone willing to spend a few minutes learning a skill that can save a life.
Placement icon

We Place AEDs

We raise funds to place AEDs directly with local non-profits that serve our community every day, closing the gap between wanting to help and having the equipment to do so.
Inspire Icon

We Inspire

We work to inspire Santa Clarita businesses to install AEDs on-site and train their staff to use them, so that workplaces across our city become places of safety rather than just places of business.
